Lexus Stop-Start System
The turbocharged RX 200t features a Stop & Start system, which will automatically stop the engine when the vehicle has temporarily come to a standstill.
This helps to conserve fuel and also reduce emissions.
Once you release the brake pedal, the engine automatically restarts without a moment's delay and you are ready to resume your journey.

Balance is achieved through the engine-stop function which can switch off the engine when stopped to conserve fuel and reduce emissions, ready to spring back to life when you release the brakes.
The RX 200t is also paired with a six speed automatic transmission with sequential, providing manual-like shifting when desired.
